This Privacy Policy outlines how Water Passing Corporation, d/b/a Honor Pet ("Honor Pet" "we," "us") and our affiliates collect, use, and protect the information you provide when you sign up to use our water cremation services or interact with us in any way.

SCOPE AND CONSENT

By signing up for Honor Pet, you accept this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein and as permitted under applicable privacy laws and regulations.

This policy applies only to our Veterinary Providers and is not applicable to individuals using Honor Pet services for personal, familial, or household purposes. See here for our Privacy Policy for general users.

AMENDMENTS

We may amend this Privacy Policy by posting an updated version with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any amendment indicates your acceptance of the changes.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We collect personal information that can be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) from you when you sign up to use Honor Pet’s services, including but not limited to:

Identification information: Your name, email, mailing address, and phone number.
Financial information: Bank account and routing details.

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features, register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. We may use tools like HotJar for tracking and analyzing user behavior. This includes session replay technology for performance optimization.

Timely response. You have the right to make two free requests in any 12-month period. We will respond to your request within 45 days, and in more difficult cases we may extend our response time by another 45 days.
Non-discrimination. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination. We will not discriminate against you because you exercise your rights. For example, we will not deny you any goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA.

Information We Collect (CCPA Required Disclosure)

As we address throughout this Privacy Policy, we collect Personal Data for a range of purposes, though primarily to allow us to provide and improve our services. In the last 12 months, we have collected the following types of Personal Data about our Users. In some cases the data is provided directly by Users. In other cases it was provided by third parties, or obtained through User interaction with our services.

Identifiers, such as your name, email address, IP address, username, or other similar identifiers. We primarily use these identifiers to create your account, maintain security of our services, and communicate with you.
Customer records information, such as credit card number or debit card number. We primarily use these types of information to facilitate transactions and payments and to communicate with our users. (This category under CCPA overlaps with other categories.)
Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, such as your gender, age, sexual orientation. We let you provide this information if you wish to add it to your profile.

We have agreements with our service providers which limit their ability to use your information and require them to ensure its confidentiality.

We will update this Privacy Notice for California Residents every 12 months and let you know when we’ve made updates, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We implement safeguards to protect your Personal Data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access. Your information is stored with us and third-party service providers that are bound by confidentiality agreements. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
