Consent for Electronic Signatures, Records, and Disclosures (“E-Consent”)

Water Passing Corporation, d/b/a Honor Pet, its affiliates, and third-party service providers (collectively, “Honor Pet” “we,” and “us”) may need to provide you with certain communications, notices, agreements, billing statements, or disclosures in writing (“Communications”) regarding our services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this E-Consent, which confirms your ability and consent to receive Communications electronically, rather than in paper form, and to the use of electronic signatures in our relationship with you. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for such communications to be in writing, to the extent permissible by law.
If you choose not to agree to this E-Consent or you withdraw your consent, you may be restricted from using the Services.
SCOPE OF E-CONSENT
This E-Consent applies to all online interactions with Honor Pet, including those on mobile devices such as phones, tablets, and smartphones. It allows us to process your information and communicate with you electronically during all interactions and transactions. Communications may be provided via postings on Honor Pet’s website, email, or SMS to your confirmed contact information.
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
Under this E-Consent, Honor Pet may provide all Communications electronically by email, by text message, or by making them accessible via Honor Pet websites or applications. Communications include, but are not limited to: (1) documentation, agreements, amendments, and policies related to the Services (e.g., this E-Consent, the Terms of Service, the Honor Pet Privacy Policy and the Honor Pet Service Agreement for Providers), (2) notifications relevant to scheduling, billing, and payment confirmations, (3) account statements and history, (4) marketing materials and updates, (5) and all legal regulatory or informational communications related to the Services (including, in the case of Honor Pet’s service providers, federal and state tax statements and documents). We may also use electronic signatures and obtain them from you.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
To access and retain the electronic Communications, you will need the following:
- A computer or mobile device with internet or mobile connectivity.
- For website-based Communications, a current web browser that supports TLS 1.2 or higher. The browser must have cookies enabled.
- Access to the email address used to establish your Honor Pet account.
- Sufficient storage space to save Communications and/or a printer to print them.
- If you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add care@honor.pet to your email address book.
- To read some documents, you may need a PDF file reader like Adobe® Acrobat Reader, Xpdf®, or Foxit®, and hardware capable of running this software.
PAPER DELIVERY OF COMMUNICATIONS
You have the right to receive Communications in paper form. To request a paper copy of any Communication, please write to Honor Pet, Attn: Clinic Support, 717 Mateo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021, or email us at care@honor.pet within 180 days of the date of the Communication, specifying in detail the Communication(s) you would like to receive in paper form.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by sending notice of your withdrawal to us via mail to Honor Pet, Attn: Clinic Support, 717 Mateo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021, or via email us to care@honor.pet. However, withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications may result in the termination of your access to Services. Any withdrawal of your consent will be effective after a reasonable period of time for processing your request.

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date. You can update your contact information by writing to Honor Pet, 717 Mateo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021, or by emailing care@honor.pet. Honor Pet is not responsible for delays caused by outdated or inaccurate contact information.
